Sleep Harvester® founder Dr Ilyas Ansari poured his wealth of experience and expertise of producing more than one million mattresses in to develop our revolutionary, science to sleep, health ergonomic mattresses. Ilyas has formulated these UK's first ever Ergonomic Excellence Award-winning, innovative, designer mattresses based on his “Decide, Design and Develop Model" (3D Model). This 3D Model helped us integrate the important features, advantages and benefits together into these body adaptive mattresses for bringing restorative, revitalising and rejuvenating sleep and comfort to you.

	CONCEPT Dr Ansari first conceptualised his revolutionary, scientific ideas of designing the Sleep Harvester® science to sleep, health ergonomic mattresses encapsulated with the outstanding features to provide the important health and wellbeing benefits to the sleepers.
MARKET GAPS Ilyas then started exploring the market to identify the gaps, contribute to the existing market and carve a niche for his own highly affordable, upscale, health ergonomic mattresses.
	DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT Once Ilyas identified which specific features and health benefits he wanted to integrate into his novel mattresses, he decided to develop our science to sleep, health ergonomic mattresses with a robust scientific, technological and engineering approach. This guaranteed an integration of the specific features into these fabulous mattresses for providing health benefits including enhancing sleep quality, comfort experience and support regime. So first, Ilyas developed the prototypes of our mattresses using his proprietary healthcare foams, designer fabrics and advanced spring core system. Ilyas modified the prototypes, where necessary, through various designs and manufacturing stages to come up with the mattresses which exhibit an outstanding ergonomic performance in terms of comfort, support and sleep quality.
SLEEP RESEARCH AND ERGONOMIC RESEARCH After a successful development, Ilyas joined the forces with a famous Sleep Scientist Professor John Greoger, Nottingham Trent University for conducting an independent and impartial Sleep Research and Ergonomic Research to assess the performance of our science to sleep, health ergonomic mattresses and validate their scientific and health benefits.
	SLEEP HARVESTER® HEALTH ERGONOMIC MATTRESSES LAUNCH Finally, after spending more than 9 years in developmental effort and heavy investment in research and manufacturing equipment, Ilyas launched his highly affordable, premium science to sleep, health ergonomic mattresses in the UK market.
