We deliver our products via various courier companies. We have chosen these couriers as they are professionally friendly, reliable and punctual. We deliver free of cost to most of the mainland UK postcodes. Our standard delivery time is 2 to 6 working days. Please note the following:
- Delivery of your order will be made any time between 6 am and 9 pm (Monday to Sunday) to the front door of your house (ground floor only) or to the main door of the building (ground floor only)
- European Double (140 x 200 cm) and European King (160 x 200 cm) mattresses could take 5 to 7 working days for delivery
- Due to unforeseen events (e.g. vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion, road works, bad weather, accidents etc.), the delivery of your product may be delayed. However, we will continue to endevour to provide the best of our service and product.
- Please check for any damages, tears or dirty marks to make sure that you are happy with the quality and condition of product received. Once delivered, it will be difficult for us to entertain your complain afterwards for compensation or refund.
Our charges for the exclusive service are as below -
Delivery to your room of choice - £60
This service includes delivery of your purchased product to any room of choice in a standard family house. For a multistorey buildings, high rise buildings, blocks and flats, the working lift(s) with the sufficient width to accommodate the product should be available as our service team will not carry the product using the stairs.
Delivery to your room of choice and assembly - £90
This service includes delivery of your purchased product to any room of choice and its assembly in a standard family house. For a multistorey buildings, high rise buildings, blocks and flats, the working lift(s) with the sufficient width to accommodate the product should be available as our service team will not carry the product using the stairs.
